we had silat.

silat practice starts at 10.
how cool is that.
then i rushed.
silat start kul 10.
aku kua rmh kul 10.
bagus la tu.
amalkan selalu ye.

i had stomachache.
so went to ladies.
by then i was 1h late.
cool huh.
then went on to do stretching.
mak datuk.
kalau 10 session aku dah boleh buat split sey.
fuyoo.
then we went on to the punch & slap.
i got it after a few tries.
i'm not that lembik after all.
then we did techniques.
only one la.
but i managed to learn it.

kesian nisa jadi dummy.
then we went grocery shopping.
